For the time being, DTCH vibe only has clothing with a masculine cut – that’s not to say a woman could not wear it well, but our shirts are designed in a more classic men’s style. Although we do not yet have a line for women, this could change in the future. If it is something that would interest you, please encourage us on our social media channels and keep an eye on our website for future developments.

Clothing from DTCH vibe complies with the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS), which guarantees that organic cotton is used in a responsible manner and that high environmental and socio-economic conditions are met throughout the production chain. Both the factory where our clothing is made and the farms that supply the cotton hold Fair Trade certificates.

Ordering and shipping

All commonly used digital payment options are accepted, like iDEAL and credit card (Visa en Mastercard).

We will process your order as soon as possible and we ship it the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow the progress of your parcel.

Your order will be packed with the utmost care and sent as parcel post with PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to track your order.

For orders up to 125 euros, shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium will cost 8.95 euros per order. For orders over 125 euros, shipping to Dutch and Belgian addresses is free. The shipping costs for other countries will be calculated during the checkout process.

Yes, no problem. The shipping costs for your country will be calculated at the end of the checkout process. Please note that when shipping outside of the EU, additional customs fees may apply.

Orders are processed and shipped several times a day. This means that when an order is made, the package will be shipped almost immediately. Cancelling or changing your order is therefore unfortunately not possible. If needed, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please check our returns policy for more information.

All products are quality controlled several times and we do our utmost to package products carefully so that they reach you undamaged. In the unlikely event that something has gone wrong, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably with a photo of the damage incurred. You can do this using our contact details or the contact form.

Exchange or return

We are sorry if you are not satisfied with our product or if you require a different size. Returns are accepted within a period of 14 days after you have received your order. Products can be returned provided they are not worn, undamaged and in the original packaging, with all the tags and labels still attached. Once we have received your product, a refund will be issued within 14 days. To exchange a product for a different size, please return the unwanted item to get a refund and place another order with the desired size or style.
